At HMad Artworks, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We believe that art should bring joy and inspiration to your life. If for any reason your new piece of art does not meet your expectations, we are here to help.

Return Policy

You may return your original artwork within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or exchange for another available piece.

Conditions:

  • The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it, without any damage.

  • We cannot accept returns for artwork that has been damaged after delivery.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Please send an email to hmadartworks@gmail.com with the subject "Return of Order # [Order Number]".

  2. Details: In the email, please explain the reason why you wish to return the piece.

  3. Shipping: HMad Artworks will provide you with instructions for safely shipping the artwork back to us. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds: Once the piece has been received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm the condition of the artwork and process your refund. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Custom Artwork

As these are unique pieces created especially for you, custom or commissioned artworks cannot be returned or exchanged. We are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied before the artwork is finished, so we will maintain close communication throughout the creative process.
